SWEET PASTRY DOUGH

- 450g All purpose flour
- 250g Butter
- 80g Sugar
- 70g Water
- 2-3 Whole eggs
- 2g Salt
Instructions
- Place the flour and sugar in a mixing bowl
- Add the salt to the bowl, followed by the cold cubed butter
- Either with your hands or a machine mix on a slow setting till a crumb like texture forms
- Now add to the bowl the egg and water, mix until a dough is achieved
- Remove from the bowl and wrap with cling film
- Place the dough in the fridge till cold through
- Remove from the fridge 10 minutes before intended use
