SPAGHETTI PONT-L'EVEQUE GRATIN

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 40g garlic
  • 60g mushrooms
  • 5g thyme
  • 5g rosemary
  • 100g white sauce
  • 30g cheddar
  • 30g mozzarella
  • 20g parmesan
  • 60g Pont-L'Eveque
  • 20g bread crumbs
  • 15g olive oil

Instructions

  • Place the olive oil in a thick bottom pan and heat over medium
  • Add to the pan the sliced garlic
  • Cook till the garlic turns golden brown
  • Add to the pan the trimmed washed and sliced mushrooms
  • Also add to the pan the herbs
  • Cook till the mushrooms begin to soften
  • Add to the pan the white sauce
  • Heat through then add to the pan the grated cheddar & mozzarella cheese
  • Once well melted heat the pasta in boiling water and add to the pan
  • Season to taste
  • Transfer the pasta and sauce into a cast iron dish
  • Top with the grated parmesan, bread crumbs and roughly chopped Pont L'Eveque cheese
  • Cook in the oven till the top is golden
  • Serve immediately
