SPAGHETTI PONT-L'EVEQUE GRATIN

Ingredients
- 200g spaghetti
- 40g garlic
- 60g mushrooms
- 5g thyme
- 5g rosemary
- 100g white sauce
- 30g cheddar
- 30g mozzarella
- 20g parmesan
- 60g Pont-L'Eveque
- 20g bread crumbs
- 15g olive oil
Instructions
- Place the olive oil in a thick bottom pan and heat over medium
- Add to the pan the sliced garlic
- Cook till the garlic turns golden brown
- Add to the pan the trimmed washed and sliced mushrooms
- Also add to the pan the herbs
- Cook till the mushrooms begin to soften
- Add to the pan the white sauce
- Heat through then add to the pan the grated cheddar & mozzarella cheese
- Once well melted heat the pasta in boiling water and add to the pan
- Season to taste
- Transfer the pasta and sauce into a cast iron dish
- Top with the grated parmesan, bread crumbs and roughly chopped Pont L'Eveque cheese
- Cook in the oven till the top is golden
- Serve immediately
