SMOKED SALMON SANDWICH

Ingredients

  • 50g Smoked salmon
  • 5g Red onion
  • 5g Rocket
  • Salt
  • Pepper

For the cream cheese take 1 block Philadelphia and add to it 200g heavy cream. Whisk on the machine till all incorporated. Remove the softened cream cheese from the bowl and place in a plastic container. Reserve in the fridge till needed. This will the keep the cream cheese spread able even when straight from the fridge!

Packaging

  • Place 2 slices of brown bread on the counter
  • Spread both pieces generously with cream cheese
  • Lay the salmon on one piece of the bread
  • Add to this the red onion finely sliced and the rocket
  • Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper before placing the second slice on top of the sandwich
  • Cut the sandwich from corner to corner and place in the sleeve
  • Reserve in the fridge till needed
