SMOKED SALMON SANDWICH

Ingredients
- 50g Smoked salmon
- 5g Red onion
- 5g Rocket
- Salt
- Pepper
For the cream cheese take 1 block Philadelphia and add to it 200g heavy cream. Whisk on the machine till all incorporated. Remove the softened cream cheese from the bowl and place in a plastic container. Reserve in the fridge till needed. This will the keep the cream cheese spread able even when straight from the fridge!
Packaging
- Place 2 slices of brown bread on the counter
- Spread both pieces generously with cream cheese
- Lay the salmon on one piece of the bread
- Add to this the red onion finely sliced and the rocket
- Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper before placing the second slice on top of the sandwich
- Cut the sandwich from corner to corner and place in the sleeve
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
