SALT BAKED NEW POTATOES
Prep/Cooking Time: 45-60 Minutes

- 1 kilo new potatoes
- 80g salt
- 10g rosemary
- 30g water
Instuctions
- Make sure the potatoesa re clean and dry
- Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl and toss with the water
- Move the potatoes to a baking tray and add the salt so that the salt evenly covers the potatoes
- The excess salt will fall to the bottom and become a bed for the potatoes
- Shred the rosemary and evenly spread over the potatoes
- Place the tray in the oven and cook at 190c for 25-40 minutes
- Remove from the heat and leave to cool
- Reserve at room temperature till needed
