Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Sourdough bread
  • 100g Ricotta cheese
  • 20g Green onions
  • 20g Red radish
  • 15g Sweet chili
  • 10g Honey
  • 10g Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili flakes

Instructions

  • Place the sourdough on the grill to toast
  • Once well toasted spread with the ricotta
  • Top the ricotta with the finely sliced radishes, green onions and chili
  • Drizzle with the honey and olive oil
  • Season the top 
  • Sprinkle with a touch of chili flakes
