RICOTTA CHEESE ON SOURDOUGH TOAST

Ingredients
- 2 Slices Sourdough bread
- 100g Ricotta cheese
- 20g Green onions
- 20g Red radish
- 15g Sweet chili
- 10g Honey
- 10g Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili flakes
Instructions
- Place the sourdough on the grill to toast
- Once well toasted spread with the ricotta
- Top the ricotta with the finely sliced radishes, green onions and chili
- Drizzle with the honey and olive oil
- Season the top
- Sprinkle with a touch of chili flakes
