Ingredients

  • 60g Mustard
  • 90g White wine vinegar
  • 30g Honey
  • 500ml Olive oil

Instructions

  • Place the mustard and vinegar into a bowl and mix together
  • Add the honey and mix once more
  • Now whilst whisking slowly add the olive oil
  • Continuously whisking till all of the olive oil has been absorbed
  • Reserve in a bottle till needed
