PUY LENTIL DRESSING

Prep/Cooking Time: 0-15 Minutes

Ingredients

60g Mustard
90g White wine vinegar
30g Honey
500ml Olive oil

Instructions

Place the mustard and vinegar into a bowl and mix together
Add the honey and mix once more
Now whilst whisking slowly add the olive oil
Continuously whisking till all of the olive oil has been absorbed
Reserve in a bottle till needed
