PESTO

- 500g fresh basil
- 400g olive oil
- 60g pinenuts
- 100g parmesan
- 1 clove garlic
- 20g white vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Make sure the basil is clean and pick the leaves
- Place the leaves in a container and add the pinenuts, parmesan, vinegar and olive oil
- Peel the garlic and smash with the back of a knife, add to the other ingredients
- Blend with the immersion blender till a smooth consistency is achieved
- Season to taste with the salt and pepper
- Transfer to a clean container and cover
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
