PANNA COTTA
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 1 Ltr Heavy cream
- 1 Orange
- 1 Lemon
- 80g Sugar
- 4 Sheets gelatin
Instructions
- Place the cream in a thick bottom pan
- Add to the pan the zest of both the lemon and the orange
- Add the sugar to the pan and place over a low gas to boil
- Whilst the cream is heating soak the gelatin in cold water to soften
- Once the cream has boile remove from the heat and add the drained gelatin
- Mix well and strain through a chinoix
- Now pour the flavored cream into moulds
- Place the Panna cotta in the fridge to set
- To store cover with clingfilm till needed
