PANNA COTTA

Ingredients

  • 1 Ltr Heavy cream
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lemon
  • 80g Sugar
  • 4 Sheets gelatin

Instructions

  • Place the cream in a thick bottom pan
  • Add to the pan the zest of both the lemon and the orange 
  • Add the sugar to the pan and place over a low gas to boil
  • Whilst the cream is heating soak the gelatin in cold water to soften
  • Once the cream has boile remove from the heat and add the drained gelatin
  • Mix well and strain through a chinoix
  • Now pour the flavored cream into moulds
  • Place the Panna cotta in the fridge to set
  • To store cover with clingfilm till needed
