Ingredients

  • 60g confit tuna
  • 80g cooked new potatoes
  • 60g cooked green beans
  • 60g cherry tomatoes
  • 30g olives
  • 1/2 boiled egg
  • 10g balsamic vinegar
  • 20g olive oil
  • 10g dijon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl place the mustard, vinegar and olive oil
  • Whisk together till an imulsion has formed
  • Reserve in the fridge till needed
  • Take the new potatoes and cut into bite size pieces
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves
  • Cut the green beans into bite size pieces
  • Arrange all the prepared items on the dish and drissle with the dressing
  • Place the 1/2 boiled egg on top along with the olives
  • Finish with olive oil and black pepper
