LASAGNE
Prep/Cooking Time: 30-45 Minutes

- 100g bolognese sauce
- 100g bechamel sauce
- 60g parmesan
- 60g mozzarella
- 100g tomato sauce
- 100g lasagne sheets
Instructions
- Spoon in 1/3 of the bechamel to the bottom of the dish
- Place 1/3 of the pasta sheets into the dish
- Add 1/3 tomato sauce to the dish
- Add 1/3 bolognese sauce to the dish
- Add 1/3 the parmesand and mozzarella to the dish
- Repeat these steps 3 times till all the ingredients are used
- The final layer should be the cheeses
- Once complete place the dish in a pre-heated oven at 190c
- Cook for 20 minumtes or until golden and cooked through
- Serve immediately
