JAX FOIE GRAS MAYONNAISE

Ingredients

  • 250g Mayonnaise
  • 150g cooked Foie Gras
  • 25g White vinegar
  • 10g Brown sugar
  • 10g salt (possibly more dependant on Foie seasoning)

Instructions

  • Remove the Foie Gras from the container and place in a blender
  • Add to the blender the mayonnaise, sugar, salt and vinegar
  • Blend till a smoothe consistency is achieved 
  • Once smooth, place in a storage container and reserve in the fridge till needed
