GREEN SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 400g Greek yoghurt
  • 100g white vinegar
  • 50g honey
  • 20g tarragon
  • 10g chervil
  • 18g salt
  • 2g pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the herbs and pat dry on paper towel
  • Pick the leaves from the stems and discard the stems
  • Place the herbs in a tall container along with all other ingredients
  • Blend together till a smooth green colour and consistency are acheived
  • Season to taste
  • Reserve in the fridge till needed
