GOAT CHEESE PIZZETTE

Ingredients

  • 130g Pizza dough
  • 60g Tomato sauce
  • 35g Mozzarella
  • 15g Parmesan
  • 45g Goat cheese
  • 10g Rocket
  • 10g Olives
  • 15g Olive oil

Instructions

  • Roll out the pizza dough
  • Spoon the sauce onto the base and spread evenly with a spoon
  • Add the diced mozzarella and the grated parmesan
  • Pick the leaves from the oregano and add to the pizza
  • Cook in the deck oven till crispy
  • Once cooked cut and drizzle with olive oil
  • Top with the crumbled fresh goat cheese
  • Sprinkle with the sliced olives and rocket
  • Serve on a wood board
