GOAT CHEESE PIZZETTE

Ingredients
- 130g Pizza dough
- 60g Tomato sauce
- 35g Mozzarella
- 15g Parmesan
- 45g Goat cheese
- 10g Rocket
- 10g Olives
- 15g Olive oil
Instructions
- Roll out the pizza dough
- Spoon the sauce onto the base and spread evenly with a spoon
- Add the diced mozzarella and the grated parmesan
- Pick the leaves from the oregano and add to the pizza
- Cook in the deck oven till crispy
- Once cooked cut and drizzle with olive oil
- Top with the crumbled fresh goat cheese
- Sprinkle with the sliced olives and rocket
- Serve on a wood board
