GARLIC AIOLI

Ingredients

  • 20g garlic
  • 10g white vinegar
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 4g salt
  • 1g pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the garlic and remove the root
  • Finely chop the garlic and create a paste with the salt
  • Place the garlic paste in a small bowl
  • Add to the bowl the mayonnaise
  • Add the vinegar and mix together well
  • Add the pepper and check the seasoning
  • Reserve in the fridge till needed
