GARLIC AIOLI

- 20g garlic
- 10g white vinegar
- 100g mayonnaise
- 4g salt
- 1g pepper
Instructions
- Peel the garlic and remove the root
- Finely chop the garlic and create a paste with the salt
- Place the garlic paste in a small bowl
- Add to the bowl the mayonnaise
- Add the vinegar and mix together well
- Add the pepper and check the seasoning
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
