FLANK STEAK & EGGS

Ingredients

  • 140g flank steak
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice sourdough
  • 60g hollandaise
  • 40g olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the steak into 3 equal size pieces
  • Season well with the salt and pepper
  • Place on the griddle in the hotest part
  • Cook on both sides till rare
  • Whilst the steak is cooking toast the sourdough
  • Also place the eggs on the griddle and cook sunny side up
  • Place the steak on the plate and put the toast along side
  • Place the fried eggs on top of the toast
  • Serve with the hollandaise on the side
