FLANK STEAK & EGGS
Prep/Cooking Time:
15-30 Minutes
Ingredients
- 140g flank steak
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice sourdough
- 60g hollandaise
- 40g olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Cut the steak into 3 equal size pieces
- Season well with the salt and pepper
- Place on the griddle in the hotest part
- Cook on both sides till rare
- Whilst the steak is cooking toast the sourdough
- Also place the eggs on the griddle and cook sunny side up
- Place the steak on the plate and put the toast along side
- Place the fried eggs on top of the toast
- Serve with the hollandaise on the side
