FLAMED PEPPERS

Ingredients
- 8 Bell peppers
- 30ml Olive oil (more to cover after cooking)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Turn on a high gas on the stove
- Place the peppers directly in the flames
- Cook till the skin starts to char
- Char on all surfaces
- The pepper should now be completely black
- Place the peppers into a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil
- Season well with the salt and pepper making sure the peppers are evenly seasoned
- Tightly cover with clingfilm
- Leave the peppers to cool
- Once cool peel away the charred skin
- Remove the core and the seeds
- Now either cut the peppers as desired or leave whole
- Place in a clean jar and cover with olive oil
