Ingredients

  • 3 kilo AP flour
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 15 tbsp baking powder
    5 tsp salt
  • 10 eggs
  • 2.5 kilo milk
  • 7 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups melted butter

Instructions

  • Place the eggs, milk and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl
  • Sieve together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
  • Melt the butter
  • Mix the milk to combine with the eggs
  • Add to the bowl the sieved ingredients and the melted butter
  • Mix well till a smooth batter consistency has been acheived
  • Fry in pre-heated oil at 330f
  • Drain then coat with sugar
