DONUT BATTER

Ingredients
- 3 kilo AP flour
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 15 tbsp baking powder
5 tsp salt
- 10 eggs
- 2.5 kilo milk
- 7 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups melted butter
Instructions
- Place the eggs, milk and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl
- Sieve together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
- Melt the butter
- Mix the milk to combine with the eggs
- Add to the bowl the sieved ingredients and the melted butter
- Mix well till a smooth batter consistency has been acheived
- Fry in pre-heated oil at 330f
- Drain then coat with sugar
