CUCUMBER AND DILL SALAD

Prep/Cooking Time: Longer Than 120 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo cucumbers
  • 60g dill
  • 300g WW vinegar
  • 150g sugar

Instructions

  • Place the sugar and vinegar into a mixing bowl
  • Roughly chop the dill stalks and all
  • Wash the cucumber and remove the ends
  • Thinly slice the cucumbers and place directly into the vinegar solution
  • Cover and place in the fridge overnight
  • To serve remove from the liquid and drain slightly
  • Serve immediately
