CUCUMBER AND DILL SALAD
Prep/Cooking Time: Longer Than 120 Minutes

- 1 kilo cucumbers
- 60g dill
- 300g WW vinegar
- 150g sugar
Instructions
- Place the sugar and vinegar into a mixing bowl
- Roughly chop the dill stalks and all
- Wash the cucumber and remove the ends
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and place directly into the vinegar solution
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight
- To serve remove from the liquid and drain slightly
- Serve immediately
