CRYSTALLISED RASPBERRY

Ingredients  
  • Raspberries
  • Sugar
  • Water
  Instructions  
  • Place the sugar and water in a pan
  • Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes
  • Remove from the heat and leave to cool
  • Once cool add the raspberries to the syrup
  • Leave to sit for 10 minutes
  • Remove from the syrup and leave to drain
  • Place the drained raspberries on the dehumidifier trays
  • Leave in the dehumidifier till dehydrated by 50%
  • Remove from the heat
  • Reserve in an airtight container till needed
