Instructions
- Place the sugar and water in a pan
- Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes
- Remove from the heat and leave to cool
- Once cool add the raspberries to the syrup
- Leave to sit for 10 minutes
- Remove from the syrup and leave to drain
- Place the drained raspberries on the dehumidifier trays
- Leave in the dehumidifier till dehydrated by 50%
- Remove from the heat
- Reserve in an airtight container till needed
