CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Prep/Cooking Time: 0-15 Minutes

- 2 cups milk
- 120g chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Place the milk in a thick bottom pan
- Bring to the boil and add the sugar
- Simmer for 2 minutes
- Add the chocolate to the pan and stir till all melted
- Mix the cornstarch with a little water and stir till smooth
- Pour the cornstarch into the chocolate mix and continue to stir for a minute
- After the sauce has thickened remove from the heat
- Strain and leave to cool
- Chill
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
