Ingredients

  • 300g Parsley
  • 180g Oregano
  • 200ml White wine vinegar
  • 10g Paprika
  • 6g Pepper
  • 30g Salt
  • 10g Chili flakes
  • 6 pieces Garlic
  • 1.5 Ltr Olive oil

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into the blender apart from the olive oil
  • Pulse the blender till all of the mix is evenly chopped
  • The mix must be chopped not pureed
  • Remove from the blender and mix with the oil
  • Reserve in the fridge till needed
  • Remove from the fridge 1 hour before use
