CHIMICHURRI

Ingredients
- 300g Parsley
- 180g Oregano
- 200ml White wine vinegar
- 10g Paprika
- 6g Pepper
- 30g Salt
- 10g Chili flakes
- 6 pieces Garlic
- 1.5 Ltr Olive oil
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into the blender apart from the olive oil
- Pulse the blender till all of the mix is evenly chopped
- The mix must be chopped not pureed
- Remove from the blender and mix with the oil
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
- Remove from the fridge 1 hour before use
