Ingredients

  • 50g Serrano
  • 50g Chorizo
  • 40g Porccini Salami
  • 1 slice Bread
  • 10ml Olive oil
  • 30g Olives
  • 20g Nuts

Instructions

  • Trim the Serrano to remove any skin and sinue
  • Peel the chorizo and the salami
  • On the slicer cut the Serrano as thinly as possible and place on the wooden board
  • Roughly cut the chorizo and the salami into bite sized pieces by hand and place on the board
  • Once the meat is sliced toast the sour dough and toast in the oven or on the Panini grill
  • Place the toast on the board and add the olives and nuts
  • Drizzle the board with olive oil
