CHARCUTERIE PLATTER

Ingredients
- 50g Serrano
- 50g Chorizo
- 40g Porccini Salami
- 1 slice Bread
- 10ml Olive oil
- 30g Olives
- 20g Nuts
Instructions
- Trim the Serrano to remove any skin and sinue
- Peel the chorizo and the salami
- On the slicer cut the Serrano as thinly as possible and place on the wooden board
- Roughly cut the chorizo and the salami into bite sized pieces by hand and place on the board
- Once the meat is sliced toast the sour dough and toast in the oven or on the Panini grill
- Place the toast on the board and add the olives and nuts
- Drizzle the board with olive oil
