CASHEWS & ALMONDS

- 1 kilo Cashews
- 1 Kilo Almonds
- 100g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 10g Salt
- 10g Paprika
Instructions
- Place all the nuts in a mixing bowl
- Add to the bowl the white from the egg and mix well so all nuts are coated with the egg white
- Next add to the nuts the salp, pepper and paprika
- Again mix well
- Place on a baking sheet and cook at 160c till golden brown
- Remove from the heat and cool
- Serve in a small bowl
