CASHEWS & ALMONDS

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo Cashews
  • 1 Kilo Almonds
  • 100g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 10g Salt
  • 10g Paprika

Instructions

  • Place all the nuts in a mixing bowl
  • Add to the bowl the white from the egg and mix well so all nuts are coated with the egg white
  • Next add to the nuts the salp, pepper and paprika
  • Again mix well
  • Place on a baking sheet and cook at 160c till golden brown
  • Remove from the heat and cool
  • Serve in a small bowl
