Ingredients

  • 350g All purpose flour
  • 10g Sugar
  • 45g Potato flour
  • 35g Milk powder
  • 4g Commercial yeast
  • 6g Salt
  • 45g Canola oil
  • 250g Warm water

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and place on to mix on low
  • Once all the ingredients are combined turn the mixer to medium speed
  • Mix on the medium setting for 6-8 minutes
  • One mixed remove from the mixing bowl and place in the proving bin
  • Prove until doubled in size 
  • Turn out on a floured table and portion
  • Roll the balls to the required weight and place on papered trays
  • Spray with water or egg wash 
  • Bake in a preheated oven
