BURGER BUN

Ingredients
- 350g All purpose flour
- 10g Sugar
- 45g Potato flour
- 35g Milk powder
- 4g Commercial yeast
- 6g Salt
- 45g Canola oil
- 250g Warm water
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and place on to mix on low
- Once all the ingredients are combined turn the mixer to medium speed
- Mix on the medium setting for 6-8 minutes
- One mixed remove from the mixing bowl and place in the proving bin
- Prove until doubled in size
- Turn out on a floured table and portion
- Roll the balls to the required weight and place on papered trays
- Spray with water or egg wash
- Bake in a preheated oven
