BEEF SKEWERS
Prep/Cooking Time:

- 500g Beef sirloin
- 15g Oregano
- 15g Parsley
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1/2 Red onion
- 10g White wine vinegar
- 25g Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Trim the beef and remove any fat or sinue
- Cut the beef into strips roughly 4" in length
- Pick the herbs and wash under cold running water
- Dry off the herbs and roughly chop
- Peel the garlic and onion and roughly chop
- Add the chopped herbs, onion and garlic to the beef strips
- Add the vinegar and olive oil and mix well
- Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best)
- After marinating place the beef on the skewers and reserve in the fridge till needed
To serve
- Remove the beef from the fridge and season well with the salt and pepper
- Pre heat a pan and heat a little oil
- Add the beef to the hot pan being careful as it will spit
- Cook for roughly 1-2 minutes on each side
- Once cooked reserve till needed
- Serve at room temperature
