BBQ PORK SANDWICH
Prep/Cooking Time: 45-60 Minutes

- 1 piece Roll
- 200g Pork chop marinated in sauce (no bone)
- 60g Salted cabbage
- 20g Red onion
- Extra BBQ sauce
- 80g Coleslaw
- 120g Chili fries
Instructions
- Toast the roll in the oven
- Cook the pork chop in a pan then add it to a bowl with extra sauce
- Remove the roll from the oven and cut in half
- Add cabbage to the bottom piece and lay the onion rings on top
- Add to cooked pork chop and put the top on
- Add 2 skewers and cut in half
- Serve with the coleslaw and chili fries on the side
