BBQ PORK SANDWICH

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Roll
  • 200g Pork chop marinated in sauce (no bone)
  • 60g Salted cabbage
  • 20g Red onion
  • Extra BBQ sauce
  • 80g Coleslaw
  • 120g Chili fries

Instructions

  • Toast the roll in the oven
  • Cook the pork chop in a pan then add it to a bowl with extra sauce
  • Remove the roll from the oven and cut in half
  • Add cabbage to the bottom piece and lay the onion rings on top
  • Add to cooked pork chop and put the top on
  • Add 2 skewers and cut in half
  • Serve with the coleslaw and chili fries on the side
