BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients

  • 5 Kilo Chicken wings
  • 35g Garlic
  • 5g Dried Thyme
  • 5g Dried Oregano
  • 5g Dried Tarragon
  • 40g Salt
  • 5g Pepper
  • 35ml Olive oil

Instructions

  • Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl
  • Add to the bowl all the dried herbs and the seasonings
  • Peel the garlic and finely chop
  • Add the garlic to the chicken along with the olive oil
  • Mix well and leave to marinate for 2 hours (minimum)
  • To cook place the chicken wings on a baking tray 
  • Cook for 15-25 minutes at 220c (until the wings are cooked through)
  • Remove from the oven and leave to cool
  • Keep in the fridge till needed
