BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

45-60 Minutes
Ingredients
- 5 Kilo Chicken wings
- 35g Garlic
- 5g Dried Thyme
- 5g Dried Oregano
- 5g Dried Tarragon
- 40g Salt
- 5g Pepper
- 35ml Olive oil
Instructions
- Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl
- Add to the bowl all the dried herbs and the seasonings
- Peel the garlic and finely chop
- Add the garlic to the chicken along with the olive oil
- Mix well and leave to marinate for 2 hours (minimum)
- To cook place the chicken wings on a baking tray
- Cook for 15-25 minutes at 220c (until the wings are cooked through)
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool
- Keep in the fridge till needed
