APPLES FOR CRUMBLE
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 100g Butter
- 1800g Apples
- 100g Sugar
- 5g Cinnamon
- 1g Vanilla essence
Instructions
- Wash and peel the apples
- Remove the cores and cut into a 1" dice
- Place the apples in a thick bottomed pan
- Add to the pan the rest of the ingredients
- Cook over a low gas until the apples soften
- Remove from the heat and cool
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
