APPLES FOR CRUMBLE

Ingredients

  • 100g Butter
  • 1800g Apples
  • 100g Sugar
  • 5g Cinnamon
  • 1g Vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the apples
  • Remove the cores and cut into a 1" dice
  • Place the apples in a thick bottomed pan
  • Add to the pan the rest of the ingredients
  • Cook over a low gas until the apples soften
  • Remove from the heat and cool
  • Reserve in the fridge till needed
