Instructions
- On a wooden board arrange all of the cured and pickled vegetables
- Being careful to dry off the items well so that liquid does not run off the board
- Toast the sour dough bread in the oven or using the Panini grill
- Place the toasted bread on the board and drizzle with olive oil
