  • 35g Marinated artichokes
  • 35g Olives
  • 15g Cornichons
  • 25g Semi dried tomatoes
  • 25g Flamed peppers
  • Olive oil
  • 25g Nuts
  • Bread

Instructions

  • On a wooden board arrange all of the cured and pickled vegetables
  • Being careful to dry off the items well so that liquid does not run off the board
  • Toast the sour dough bread in the oven or using the Panini grill
  • Place the toasted bread on the board and drizzle with olive oil
