WHITE CHOC CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1350 butter
  • 720 sugar
  • 720 brown sugar
  • 680 egg
  • 1800 flour AP
  • 27g baking powder
  • 45g salt
  • 900g white choc chips

Instructions

  • Place the butter, brown sugar and sugar in a large machine mixing bowl
  • Mix till well creamed together
  • Add to the bowl the eggs 1 by 1 until all incorperated
  • Sieve together the flour, salt and baking powder
  • Add the flour, salt and powder to the bowl and mix till combined
  • Do not overmix
  • Once combined add the chocolate chips 
  • Mix and remove from the bowl
  • Reserve in the fridge till needed
