WHITE CHOC CHIP COOKIES

- 1350 butter
- 720 sugar
- 720 brown sugar
- 680 egg
- 1800 flour AP
- 27g baking powder
- 45g salt
- 900g white choc chips
Instructions
- Place the butter, brown sugar and sugar in a large machine mixing bowl
- Mix till well creamed together
- Add to the bowl the eggs 1 by 1 until all incorperated
- Sieve together the flour, salt and baking powder
- Add the flour, salt and powder to the bowl and mix till combined
- Do not overmix
- Once combined add the chocolate chips
- Mix and remove from the bowl
- Reserve in the fridge till needed
