- 40g Salt
- 30g Corn flour
- 10g Onion powder
- 10g Garlic powder
- 15g Black pepper
- 5g Dried oregano
- 2g Dried thyme
- 15g Paprika
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly
- Store in a jar till needed
To use
- Dry off the bird with paper towel
- Dust the bird with the rub
- After first dusting drizzle with oil and massage into the flesh
- Dust for a second and place in a cooking pan
- Place in the oven and cook for the directed time
