Ingredients

  • 40g Salt
  • 30g Corn flour
  • 10g Onion powder
  • 10g Garlic powder
  • 15g Black pepper
  • 5g Dried oregano
  • 2g Dried thyme
  • 15g Paprika

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly
  • Store in a jar till needed

To use

  • Dry off the bird with paper towel
  • Dust the bird with the rub
  • After first dusting drizzle with oil and massage into the flesh
  • Dust for a second and place in a cooking pan
  • Place in the oven and cook for the directed time
