TUNA AVOCADO CRUDO

Ingredients

  • 140g tuna loin
  • 60g avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 sprigs cilantro
  • 12g capers
  • 20g red onion
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 20g olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut the tuna into 1" cubes
  • Remove the pitt from the avocado
  • Spoon out the avocado in evenly sizes pieces similar to the tuna
  • Add to the bowl the red onion finely sliced, capers and the picked cilantro
  • Cut the lemon in half and juice directly into the bowl
  • Add to the bowl the olive oil and chili flakes
  • Toss well and season to taste

  • Serve immediately
