TUNA AVOCADO CRUDO

- 140g tuna loin
- 60g avocado
- 1 lemon
- 3 sprigs cilantro
- 12g capers
- 20g red onion
- Pinch of chili flakes
- salt
- pepper
- 20g olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the tuna into 1" cubes
- Remove the pitt from the avocado
- Spoon out the avocado in evenly sizes pieces similar to the tuna
- Add to the bowl the red onion finely sliced, capers and the picked cilantro
- Cut the lemon in half and juice directly into the bowl
- Add to the bowl the olive oil and chili flakes
- Toss well and season to taste
- Serve immediately
