TOMME AIL DES OURS PIZZETTE

Ingredients

  • 150g pizza dough
  • 100g bechamel sauce (white sauce)
  • 50g shredded mozzarella
  • 60g cooked mushrooms
  • 80g Tomme Ail Des Ours
  • 4g parsley

Instructions

  • Roll and par bake the pizza base
  • Leave the pizza base to cool
  • Remove the base from the fridge and spread with the bechamel sauce
  • Add the shredded mozzarella to the base along with the cooked mushrooms
  • Top with the grated Tomme Ail Des Ours cheese
  • Bake in the oven till crispy and the top begins to colour
  • Remove from the oven and place on a serving board
  • Cut into 4 pieces and sprinkle with the chopped parsley
  • Serve immediately
