TOMME AIL DES OURS PIZZETTE

Ingredients
- 150g pizza dough
- 100g bechamel sauce (white sauce)
- 50g shredded mozzarella
- 60g cooked mushrooms
- 80g Tomme Ail Des Ours
- 4g parsley
Instructions
- Roll and par bake the pizza base
- Leave the pizza base to cool
- Remove the base from the fridge and spread with the bechamel sauce
- Add the shredded mozzarella to the base along with the cooked mushrooms
- Top with the grated Tomme Ail Des Ours cheese
- Bake in the oven till crispy and the top begins to colour
- Remove from the oven and place on a serving board
- Cut into 4 pieces and sprinkle with the chopped parsley
- Serve immediately
