STIR FRY BEEF UDON

Ingredients
- 640g Udon noodles
- 200g Beef mince
- 60g Shitake mushroom
- 40g Red onion
- 40g Carrot
- 30g Green onions
- 20g Red chili
- 20g oil
- 20g Sesame seeds
- 12g Sesame oil
- 12g Soy sauce
- 10g Sugar
- 6g Chicken powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instruction
- Place the oil in a pan and heat over a high gas
- Add to the pan the beef and saute till just beginning to colour
- Add to the pan the julienne carrots, sliced mushroom and onions and the sliced chili
- Cook for a moment
- Place the noodles into boiling water
- Add to the pan the sugar and saute for a minute
- Then add the soy sauce and chicken powder
- Drain the noodles and add to the pan
- Toss through and simmer for a moment
- Season to taste
- Transfer the noodles to the serving dish
- Top the dish with the toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onions and the sesame oil
- Serve immediately
