STIR FRY BEEF UDON

Ingredients

  • 640g Udon noodles
  • 200g Beef mince
  • 60g Shitake mushroom
  • 40g Red onion
  • 40g Carrot
  • 30g Green onions
  • 20g Red chili
  • 20g oil
  • 20g Sesame seeds
  • 12g Sesame oil
  • 12g Soy sauce
  • 10g Sugar
  • 6g Chicken powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instruction

  • Place the oil in a pan and heat over a high gas
  • Add to the pan the beef and saute till just beginning to colour
  • Add to the pan the julienne carrots, sliced mushroom and onions and the sliced chili
  • Cook for a moment
  • Place the noodles into boiling water
  • Add to the pan the sugar and saute for a minute
  • Then add the soy sauce and chicken powder
  • Drain the noodles and add to the pan
  • Toss through and simmer for a moment
  • Season to taste
  • Transfer the noodles to the serving dish
  • Top the dish with the toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onions and the sesame oil
  • Serve immediately
