SPICY CABBAGE SLAW

Ingredients

  • 2 kilo white cabbage
  • 550g white vinegar
  • 5g chili flakes
  • 250g sugar

Instructions

  • Peel away the outer leaves and remove the core from the cabbage
  • Finely slice the cabbage and place in a large mixing bowl
  • Add to the cabbage the sugar, vinegar and chili flakes 
  • Mix together well
  • Keep in the fridge turning regularly
  • The slaw is ready to serve after 24 hours
