SPICY CABBAGE SLAW

- 2 kilo white cabbage
- 550g white vinegar
- 5g chili flakes
- 250g sugar
Instructions
- Peel away the outer leaves and remove the core from the cabbage
- Finely slice the cabbage and place in a large mixing bowl
- Add to the cabbage the sugar, vinegar and chili flakes
- Mix together well
- Keep in the fridge turning regularly
- The slaw is ready to serve after 24 hours
