SPAGHETTI WITH CRAB & CHILI
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 200g Cooked spaghetti
- 20g Olive oil (Extra virgin)
- 1g Salt
- .25g Pepper
- 60g Crab meat
- 60g Cherry tomatoes
- 8g Garlic
- 20g Red onion
- 10g Red chili
- 4g Cilantro
- 10g Lemon juice
Instructions
- Place the spaghetti in boiling salted water
- Whilst the spaghetti is cooking place a pasta pan over a medium heat
- Add to the pan the extra virgin olive oil
- Place the red onion and garlic both finely chopped into the pan
- Cook for a moment so they begin to soften
- Add to the pan the cherry tomatoes cut into halves and the finely sliced chili
- Saute for a minute then add to the pan the crab meat
- Once the spaghetti is cooked drain off the water and add the pasta to the pan
- Toss through and add a squeeze of lemon juice
- Season with salt and pepper and mix through
- Add the roughly chopped cilantro and serve immediately
