SPAGHETTI WITH CRAB & CHILI

Ingredients

  • 200g Cooked spaghetti
  • 20g Olive oil (Extra virgin)
  • 1g Salt
  • .25g Pepper
  • 60g Crab meat
  • 60g Cherry tomatoes
  • 8g Garlic
  • 20g Red onion
  • 10g Red chili
  • 4g Cilantro
  • 10g Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Place the spaghetti in boiling salted water
  • Whilst the spaghetti is cooking place a pasta pan over a medium heat
  • Add to the pan the extra virgin olive oil
  • Place the red onion and garlic both finely chopped into the pan
  • Cook for a moment so they begin to soften
  • Add to the pan the cherry tomatoes cut into halves and the finely sliced chili
  • Saute for a minute then add to the pan the crab meat
  • Once the spaghetti is cooked drain off the water and add the pasta to the pan
  • Toss through and add a squeeze of lemon juice
  • Season with salt and pepper and mix through
  • Add the roughly chopped cilantro and serve immediately
