SOUR VEGETABLE DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 400g Sugar
  • 800g White wine vinegar
  • 10g Chili flakes

Instructions

  • Place the sugar and half the vinegar into a saucepan
  • Add the chili flakes and bring to the boil
  • Once all the sugar has disolved and the liquid has boiled remove from the heat
  • Add the remaining vinegar to the pot and leave to cool
  • Once the mix is cooled pour into bottles 
  • Reserve till needed
