SOFT GNOCCHI

Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 50g Semolina
  • 20g Butter
  • 300ml Milk
  • 30g Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Place the butter and milk in a pan and bring to the boil
  • Add to the pan the semolina and whisk together
  • Once the mixture thickens lower the heat and let cook for 5-10 minutes
  • Once cooked through add to the pan the shredded parmesan and mix well
  • Season to taste
  • Serve immediately
  • If not needed leave to cool and reserve in the fridge
  • To re-heat add a little hot milk and whisk over a medium heat
  • Check the seasoning and serve
