SOFT GNOCCHI
Prep/Cooking Time: 15-30 Minutes

- 50g Semolina
- 20g Butter
- 300ml Milk
- 30g Parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Place the butter and milk in a pan and bring to the boil
- Add to the pan the semolina and whisk together
- Once the mixture thickens lower the heat and let cook for 5-10 minutes
- Once cooked through add to the pan the shredded parmesan and mix well
- Season to taste
- Serve immediately
- If not needed leave to cool and reserve in the fridge
- To re-heat add a little hot milk and whisk over a medium heat
- Check the seasoning and serve
